This is a quickie, Just passing through the internet jungle, two things stood out as really stupid
1..A ton of money to study the use of cocaine by monkeys!
2. $ 832,000 to teach Africans (in africa) how to wash their PENIS!
Thats without not looking much, is this a great country or what?
That money to Africa was criminal.
